lighten up!
by the time it hits january, all the good stuff from the festive period has worn off, and we’re left with a lot of sneezing and shivering in the dark and not much else.
but from the 21st December, it gets a few minutes brighter, for a few minutes longer, every single day.
so to cheer people up in january 2026, we made LIGHTEN UP! – a site that tracks the extra few minutes of daylight your city is gaining every day in the lead up to spring, along with a countdown to sunset, where visitors receive an extremely profound daily affirmation to celebrate.
